Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing is an undergraduate program designed to develop a strong foundation in business management with specialized knowledge in sales and marketing concepts, consumer behaviour, branding, digital marketing, and market research. The program prepares students to understand changing market trends and build skills required for modern business environments.
The curriculum is organized into six categories of courses: Discipline-Specific Courses (DSC), Discipline Specific Electives (DSE), Generic Electives (GE), Co-Curricular Courses (CC) which includes multidisciplinary and ability enhancement courses, Vocational Courses (VC) which includes AIPCM (Apprenticeship/Internship/Project/Community outreach/MOOC and Value-Added Courses). The last course category is Dissertation Report.
The program focuses on developing analytical thinking, communication skills, creativity, leadership abilities, and problem-solving competencies essential for careers in marketing and management. Special emphasis is given to emerging areas such as digital marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and customer relationship management.
Course Details
A minimum of 50% or equivalent in 10+2.
Relaxation in qualification and reservation is applicable as per UGC and State Government norms.
