The School of Hotel Management, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow organized a Specialized Workshop on Beverage Trends – A Mocktail Making Workshop on 26 September 2025 to celebrate World Tourism Day (27 September 2025 being a holiday). Conducted by Mr. Pawan Singh Bhatia, Beverage Innovation Executive, and Mr. Srikant Dwivedi, Business Development Executive from MONIN India, the workshop featured a dynamic presentation, hands-on demonstrations, and expert guidance that provided the participating students with invaluable exposure to the latest beverage trends and innovative mocktail techniques.
